I believe this is precisely why the appearance of this book has caused such concern. To what extent are these practices real? What principles lie at the foundation of their action? How are they applied in everyday life and in alternative therapies? This is what this work sets out to address—a concretization of my eighteen years of experience studying Orthodoxy, martial arts, Reiki, and Romanian folk magic.

Of course, there is much to be said. I will limit myself to principles, because the temptation to use them is great. Knowledge means power, and power corrupts. I leave everything to the free will of each individual, without forgetting to say that, at some point, we all pay for what we do, say, or think.
